help. Here is a summary of our capabilities:

Milling
– Vertical Machining Center, CNC bed mill, and
manual mills. Capacity for work pieces up to 30" x
60".

Turning
– manual and CNC bed lathes and CNC turning
center with automatic bar feeder. Turning capacity
for work pieces up to 18" diameter and 40" long.

Grinding
– Surface grinding pieces up to 12" x 18".
Cylindrical grinding for pieces up to 10"
diameter by 24" long.
- Wire
EDM - Capacity for work pieces up to 12"
x 20" x 6" thick.

Welding
– MIG, Arc, Gas welding and brazing, and plasma
cutting.
- System
Integration - We have the capability to solve your most difficult
material handling and ergonomic problems. We offer turnkey
systems including design, fabrication, installation, and
controls integration.

CAD/CAM
– If you need your ideas put on paper or disk, we offer 2D
and 3D CAD services to provide you with quality engineering
documentation. We can also provide a
lifelike 3D rendering or animation of your part before it's
manufactured. Let DMG help you visualize your part before you

repair – When critical equipment breaks down, we know every
