or emergency repair of mechanical components, DMG is here to
help. Here is a summary of our capabilities:

CNC
& Manual Milling – We can mill, contour, bore, drill,
and tap pieces up to 15 inches (0.4m) wide
by 36 inches (0.9m) long.

CNC
& Manual Turning – We can profile, face, thread,
bore, or knurl pieces up to 18 inches (0.5m) in diameter and 40 inches
(1m) long.

Grinding
– We can surface grind pieces up to 12 inches (0.3m) wide by
18
inches (0.5m) long.

Welding
– We offer MIG, Arc, and Gas welding and brazing.

CAD/CAM
– If you need your ideas put on paper or disk, we offer 2D
and 3D CAD services to provide you with quality engineering
documentation. We can also provide a
lifelike 3D rendering or animation of your part before it's
manufactured. Let DMG help you visualize your part before you

Emergency
repair – When critical equipment breaks down, we know every
